To be fair, life happens and we cannot always keep our previously scheduled appointment for one reason and another. The policy for cancelling a pre-paid, pre-scheduled appointment with Arielle is listed below. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation 4 or more days in advance has no fee; you can also choose to reschedule.
Cancellation within 3 Days – 30% of price will be retained.
Cancellation within 24 Hours – No Refund.

✨ How are appointments scheduled?
Select your reading type from the booking form on this page, continue to select a day and time, then enter your birth info and the topics / questions for the reading. After that, you’ll be directed to place your order.

✨ What payment methods are available?
Both credit cards and PayPal account payments are accepted when paying here on the website at the time of booking. If the appointment is in person, cash and checks are also accepted.

✨ Where do appointments take place?
Via online Zoom meetings, or in-person when applicable.
